| EDMONTON - Alberta Premier Ed Stelmach may be heading for a legal showdown with a young blogger who bought the rights to the Internet domain edstelmach.ca. Dave Cournoyer, who is the host of a popular website called daveberta, paid $14 for the rights to the domain name last April. Anyone who logged onto edstelmach.ca was initially directed to the daveberta site, which generates about $20 per month in advertising revenue. Just before Christmas, Cournoyer got a letter from a Calgary law firm accusing him of misappropriating Stelmach's persona. The letter demands that the 24-year-old university student hand over a share of advertising revenues from his site and give the premier the rights to the domain name.
