Domain name services firm Moniker said it has been bought by Los Angeles-based Oversee.net. The Pompano Beach-based company did not disclose the financial terms of the deal, but said it will stay in Pompano Beach and continue to be run by its chief executive and founder, Monte Cahn. Moniker's services include domain name registration and domain asset management. It also hosts live and online domain name auctions. Oversee was founded in 2000, and acquired domain name auction firm SnapNames in June. Also founded in 2000, SnapNames sells expired or soon to be deleted domain names. Oversee said it expects the acquisitions to make it a leader in the domain name secondary-ownership market. Domain auctions will be managed by Moniker and use SnapNames Live technology. 责任编辑:米尊 |
